The political pie fight regarding President Bush’s comments while in Israel has been ongoing since the story broke. It is important to remember that Democrats have been swiping at President Bush’s foreign policy since the day he took office.
And why are they upset? He never used the word Democrat or mention Obama once during the speech. Is it because there is some truth to the statement, and the Democrats are embarrassed? And besides, President Bush did not start this rhetoric. Remember during one of the first debates Obama called the Bush administration a “disgrace,” and then called President Bush an “embarrassment” for not talking directly with these thugs.
President Bush was right, and this is nothing but political grandstanding on the part of the Democrats.
