Czechoslovakian President Václav Klaus spoke before the National Press Club in Washington, DC about his new book “Blue Planet in Green Shackles.”
Mr. Klaus has long been a critic of many elements of the climinate change movement, comparing their tactics to that of the Communist:

President Klaus has challenged former Vice-President Al Gore to a debate on the subject of climate warming. President Klaus will not be holding his breath while awaiting Mr. Gore's answer.
