In move that will open a floodgate of lawsuits, most of them frivolous, the Democratic leadership plans on reintroducing the Fair Pay Restoration Act (Fair Pay Restoration - The Myth of Equal Pay), also known as the Ledbetter Act:
The Democrats are willing to bring the business community to a gridding halt for the fairy tale of a false injustice. Jobs will be lost and businesses will close because of this act.
