Proving once again that he lacks any intellectual discipline, and has no problem resorting to false character assignation, Barney Frank took it upon himself to malign a true gentleman of the Supreme Court, Justice Scalia:

In typical Liberal fashion, if you present an intelligent, reasoned argument, which just happens to disagree with your selfish version of the “truth,” than by all means, resort to name calling. Isn't that what Left falsely accuses Conservatives of doing all the time?

This is the actual interview that Frank gave to www.365gay.com. There are issues of concern mentioned during the interview that Frank's outlines as part of the Democratic agenda that he hopes they achieve over the "next two-years." Why two-years?

Antonin Scalia is on record as assuming the guilt of a gay defendant in a case before him as a Supreme Court Justice. Scalia isn't merely a bigot; he's a corrupt judge who needs to be impeached.

Thanks for the comment. Please site the case, if possible a link to the transcript, and the judicial review that supports your statement that he should be impeach.
For every “independent” article or review that you can produce claiming that Justice Scalia is a poor judge (and according to your assertion, should be impeached), I can produce 20 countering that argument.
It is not a matter of whether we disagree or agree with a Supreme Court Justice, only a matter that he cited the Constitutional connection when rendering a finding. Justice Scalia is an “orginalist,” much to the dismay of those who would prefer to think of the Constitution as a “living document.” Orginalism is not perfect, but it is the only true impartial approach a Supreme Court Justice should strive for.
