ACORN: Corruption In Plain Site

Where is the outpouring of condemnation by those in the Democrat Party regarding ACORN? Democrats, whom seem to have no problem making wild accusations of voter fraud when a Democrat loses, are suddenly silent as actual voting corruption occurs:

Zappala charges ACORN workers with violating election laws

ACORN is corrupt to its very core, and not only should it never receive any federal funds, but it is time for Congress to act. But alas, Congressman Jerrold Nadler (chairing the Constitution, Civil Rights, and Civil Liberties subcommittee ) only response – " take it under advisement (03/23/09)."

But even more frightening is that if no action is taken against ACORN Obama's plan to include them in the 2010 Census will go forward:

ACORN to Play Role in 2010 Census

The fact that the Obama administration is trying to move control over the census under the roof of the White House (a clear Constitutional violation), means that an organization under investigation, or all ready facing indictment in at least 13 States (more to follow), will have an active hand in determining the population that helps define Congressional districts. The GOP cannot fight this battle alone, nor should they. Every honest American should be outraged, and demand the Obama administration (or for that matter any federal entity) sever ties with ACORN.

Minnesota: Land of 10,000 Lakes and Thousands Uncounted Votes

One of the biggest hypocrisies committed by the Left is their false condemnation of the electoral process, which only seems to materialize when they were unable to steal an election.

Minnesota's Missing Votes

The sad reality is that the Republican candidate is “damned if they do, damned if they don’t.” If the Republican candidate wins in a landslide, the election was stolen and voters were “disenfranchised.” If the Republican candidate wins by only a few hundred or thousand votes, he/she will lose in the recount.

Many Democrat fronted “voters’ rights” groups suddenly become silent on the issue of fair play when it is the Republican candidate fighting to preserve the sanctity of the ballot box. Go figure!!??!!.

The truth is that the greatest voter fraud committed on the American people is the one perpetrated by the Left every election. Like little kids when they do not get their way, they fall to the ground kicking a screaming, all the while blaming someone else for their problems. Worse, when they win they flaunt their victory like spoiled brats with all the candy. The only thing missing is the “nanny, nanny, boo, boo” chant. But I guess they save that for their convention.

Are The Polls Accurate: Its Doubtful

If you are like me, you have noticed that the polls seem to be all over the place. 10 points, 1 point, margin of error…yada, yada, yada. But in a year in which we witnessed what may be the final death blow to journalistic integrity, it is beyond naive to think that we could trust the polls:

Voter Fraud Update: All Aboard for the Supreme Court

Ohioans have only themselves to blame for the mess they find their State in. Ohio allowed a poorly written law, which was nearly impossible to oversee and enforce, to pollute the elective process. Combine this with an extremely partisan Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner, the integrity of the electoral process has all but vanished in Ohio.

Voter Fraud Update: Ohio Secretary of State Is Breaking Federal Election Laws

On the same day that Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner appeared on Democracy Now proclaiming the suggestion of voter fraud was unfounded, a Federal Judge issued a restraining order against Brunner:

Is this only the tip of the iceberg?

Stealing Elections: John Fund Discusses Voter Fraud

John Fund, of the Wall Street Journal and the author of a booked called Stealing Elections: How Voter Fraud threatens our Democracy, is extremely passionate about exposing voter fraud. Mr. Fund recently appeared before the Evergreen Freedom Foundation where he talked about widespread voter fraud actively occurring before our eyes:

Sound Politics: John Fund and Voter Fraud

There are two fundamental rights at play regarding this issue:
  1. The rights of voters to cast their ballots without fear and intimidation.
  2. That your vote matters, AND IS NOT canceled out by a fraudulently cast ballot.
I fully support the inviolability that should represent the ballot box in America, and regardless of whether you are a Democrat, Republican, or Independent, you should be concerned with what we are witnessing. Widespread voter fraud is being reported in each of the battleground states:

Foster's Daily Democrat: Out Of State Students Committing Voter Fraud

"Anyone from a non-battleground state should definitely vote in New Hampshire," stated O'Neil.

This is an outrageous statement on the part of O'Neil, but for O'Neil, and people like her, the end justifies the means. A republic cannot not stand long against the crushing weight of ignorance and duplicity. I would expect to see behavior such as this in a banana republic, but not in the United States of America. Is there anything that can be done if good people sit by and do nothing?

Voter Fraud Update: ACORN Office Raided

Nevada state authorities have raided the Las Vegas headquarters of ACORN, an organization that has been implicated in voter fraud across the country.

A spokesman for the Nevada secretary of state's office stated that investigators are looking for evidence of voter fraud at the office of the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN):

2008 Presidential Election: Voting Fraud Gets An Early Start

The sanctity of the ballot box is the basis of a strong republic. Liberals love to talk about voter fraud when they lose, but actively participle in the execution of massive voter fraud every Presidential election.

Case in point are the numerous stories from around the country:

Ohio (where early voting has already started)

Ohio Secretary of State denies access to observers:

“(Ohio Secretary of Sate) Jennifer Brunner has also directed county boards of elections to deny absentee ballots to thousands of qualified Ohio electors who support Senator John McCain who fail to check a box that was not mandated by Ohio law.”

National Review: Boon for fraud, bust for deliberative democracy.

West Virginia (State of one of the most egregious cases of voting fraud during the 1960 election)

Secretary of State finds evidence of voter fraud:

W VA Secretary of State Ireland – “It has been discovered that "several hundred" voter applications have been filed with forged signatures, wrong addresses or changed party affiliation. Ireland's release stated some submitted registration forms contained names and addresses "that have simply been lifted from the phone book."

Herald Dispatch: Secretary of State Issues Voter Fraud Advisory

Wisconsin

ACORN suspected in voting registration fraud:

“At least seven felons convicted of crimes including cocaine possession and robbery were recruited (and paid) by a liberal group (ACORN) to register voters in Milwaukee, raising fears they may have committed voter fraud.”

Milwaukee Journal Sentinel: ACORN Involved In Voter Fraud

Charges Filed against Community Voters Project (CVP) Volunteer:

“….Endalyn Adams, 21, is accused of submitting dozens of fake names and addresses as a registration worker paid by the Community Voters Project, one of two primary groups under scrutiny.”

Various stories have popped up from around the country that also suggests that this could be a banner year for voter fraud.

ACORN at the heart of voting fraud around the country:

“"ACORN routinely says it will clean up its act. Yet, given its decade-long history of voter fraud, embezzlement, and misuses of taxpayer funds, ACORN's pattern of fraud can no longer be dismissed as a series of 'unfortunate events.'

Wall Street Journal: ACORN's Voter Fraud

Obama’s website encourages fraud:

Regarding Obama’s website: “First the site asks, “Where will you be living on Election Day, November 4th?” Next it asks, “Is there another state where you might be registered?” Presumably, many college students who attend school in one state but live with their parents in another will answer this question in the affirmative. The answers to these two questions prompt curious suggestions from the Obama website. If the respondent states that she is registered to vote at her parents’ home in Pennsylvania (a “battleground” state) but will be in her dorm in New York (a safe Obama state) on Election Day, the website recommends that the student vote by absentee ballot in Pennsylvania. No problem there — that is the legal solution in most cases. But if the respondent says she is registered in New York but studying in battleground Pennsylvania, Obama recommends that she register to vote in Pennsylvania (and presumably de-register in New York)!

Let the Voting Fraud Begin!

New Hampshire’s first in the nation primary will be happening early than it ever has in the past, and this has caused a quagmire for many college campuses:

Home for the Holidays

Many of New Hampshire’s campuses will be empty because students will be away for Winter Break. The question begs to be asked - “Where will many of the students be?” The answer, they will be “home” for the holidays. Granted many of these students are in fact year round residents of New Hampshire, but what about the thousands that aren’t New Hampshire residents, nor have any real indention at remaining in New Hampshire upon their graduation?

Many of these out of state students are being told that they have the right to vote in the upcoming primary. This statement couldn’t be further from the truth, and frankly is an on-going fraud that is not just perpetrated against the citizens of New Hampshire, but all Americans. There are several NH laws that intersect when determining New Hampshire residency:

RSA 654 states: (NH Voting Laws)

(a) Any one of the following documents is presumptive evidence that the individual seeking to vote meets the domicile requirement, provided the document is currently valid, was issued to or in the name of the applicant, and shows the address the applicant claims as a domicile:
(1)New Hampshire driver’s license.
(2) New Hampshire vehicle registration
(3) Armed services identification, or other photo identification issued by the United States government.
(b) Any one of the following is presumptive evidence of the identity of an applicant sufficient to satisfy the identity requirement for an official authorized by RSA 659:30 to take the oath of an applicant swearing to a citizenship, domicile, or election day affidavit:
(1) Photo driver’s license issued by any state or the federal government.
(2) United States passport, armed services identification, or other photo- identification issued by the United States government.
(3) Photo identification issued by local or state government.
Addendum A grants voting rights without requiring any further affirmation. Addendum B requires the person to swear to their Citizenship of the United States and declaring their domicile as NH.

But there is another factor involved in this matter. NH Law requires that everyone claiming NH to be their domicile has 60 days from the time of moving into the State of obtaining a NH license. The same amount of time is granted to register and inspect your vehicle. Additionally, the requirements for Addendum B cannot be used when trying to reduce your tuition to “in-state” status. Why is that? Is it because the State University System realizes that suddenly everyone would declare themselves to be New Hampshire Citizens in an effort to save money?

But why would anyone commit fraud during the primary? It is not like they are actual voting for the next president….right? Wrong! The winners of the New Hampshire Primary have historically gone on to win their parties nomination (NH has correctly picked the Democratic and Republican nominee with over 90% accuracy). Winning the first primary gives that candidate momentum going into the other primaries.

The stakes are high and the first in the nation primary holds a great deal of importance. Important enough for some to commit fraud. America is rare in its ability to maintain the integrity of the voting booth, but no system is perfect. Voting is not just a right, but also an essential civic duty, one that requires us to be vigilant. We should do everything possible to make voting registration and casting a ballot as easy as possible. But we must put more emphasis on the personal responsibility of the voter to ensure that they properly register and can prove their identity before receiving a ballot. Voting fraud, whether in a primary or the general election, is a danger to democracy because it takes a process dedicated to equality and reduces it mob rule.
